Return and Refund Policy
1. If you have placed an order and it has not yet been dispatched from our end, you can cancel the order. We will deduct a 3% transaction fee from the total amount of the cancelled product and refund the remaining amount within 3-5 days. If you take a refund as a store credit, there will not be any deduction from the paid amount.
2. If you have placed an order and the order is dispatched from our end, it can’t be cancelled.
3. Products ordered through the back-order process cannot be cancelled unless they are delayed beyond the committed timeline. In case of a delay beyond the timeline, we offer a full refund of the paid amount without any deduction.
4. We offer size exchange for riding gears in case of fitment issues. Replacement will be sent only after receiving the first product in good condition (product and packaging) with all tags and labels intact with the product. We offer exchange only when we have the replacement size available in stock. Buyer has to pay reverse and forward shipping costs in case of replacement.
5. Riding gear replacement requests can be raised only up to 3 days from the date of delivery. After that, we cannot offer an exchange of any kind of riding gear.
6. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You can fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE form to start the process.
7. Any product received in damaged condition is not eligible for return or exchange.
